The main course for dinner is a melt-in-your-mouth beef tongue stew, hors d'oeuvres of seasonal vegetables and wild vegetables, and fish such as tongue filet Bon Fame style or grilled rockfish and walnuts. The freshly baked homemade bread for breakfast is also irresistible.
The bath is an artificial hot spring made of barley stone, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The baths can also be reserved as a family bath, making it a great place to take a bath anytime after skiing or mountain climbing.
